Hour Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established protocols Monitor vital signs and report changes to the registered nurse or physician Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction About the

Requirements:
