Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Full-Time LPN or RN to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Lake Placid Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. As a LPN or RN at Lake Placid Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation About the
