Archstone Behavioral Health is a treatment center that provides caring treatment to those suffering from Mental Health and Substance Misuse disorders seeking help.

Summary:

The nursing staff is responsible for the day-to-day nursing services provided to all patients admitted to the facility. This includes intake, assessment, vital signs, medication management, and general health care education.

Requirements:

Nursing degree from an accredited school. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a nurse in a behavioral & substance abuse, or mental health setting. Valid RN/LPN license CPR certification - must have at the time of hire

Responsibilities:

Complete nursing intake and assessment. Monitor patient's vital signs as ordered or per protocol. Maintain medication cart in order and locked at all times Dispense medications as ordered. Monitor and document all medication activity. Keep medication administration record (MAR) up to date. Complete incident report for any unusual or adverse event including medication errors and medication reactions. Other duties as required to address operational needs. Assist with additional tasks as requested by Leadership.
