Ocala, FL Pay:

About the Role As an LPN on the FACT team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting individuals on their path to recovery.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate withdrawal symptom assessments
- Ensure compliance with patient requirements (dosing, take-homes, callbacks, and drug screenings)
- Document services accurately and timely in accordance with policies and best practices
- Support counseling staff in encouraging patient engagement in treatment
- Effectively communicate with patients and team members, including via telephone
- Monitor medical supplies and proactively coordinate replenishment
- Utilize strong computer skills to retrieve and input patient data Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program meeting Florida Board of Nursing standards
- Active Florida LPN license required
