Schedule Night Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Rotating weekends required What You'll Do Monitor consumers' conditions and respond to their individual care needs Provide nursing care and support based on each consumer's needs and care plan Respond quickly and appropriately to medical emergencies Work closely with CNAs and Respiratory Therapists (RTs) as part of the care team Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team Help maintain a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment Provide quality care while treating every consumer with dignity and respect What We're Looking For Active Florida RN or LPN license Current BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well as part of a team Experience in home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred Must be able to successfully complete an AHCA Level 2 background screening Background Screening Notice As required by Florida House Bill 531 (2025), candidates must complete screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
