Requirements:

RN or LPN License (Required) One year of RN or LPN experience (Required) Home Care experience (Preferred) Trach experience (is a plus) Ventilator experience (is a plus) G-Tube Experience (is a plus) Current BLS Certification (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills Given the nature of the position and the vulnerable patients that we serve, this position requires qualified candidates be non-smokers.
