What You'll Bring to Our CommunityClinical Excellence & Resident-Centered Care Support resident assessments, monitor wellness needs, and help ensure individualized care is delivered with dignity and compassion. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, applicable regulations, and community policies. Recognize and promptly communicate changes in resident condition, ensuring appropriate follow-up and continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation within our electronic health record systems. Participate in resident move-ins, care planning, transitions, and discharge processes. Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes. Provide education and support to residents and families, helping them feel informed, reassured, and cared for. Leadership Through Service & Accountability Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and a genuine commitment to excellence. Provide guidance, encouragement, and mentorship to caregivers and MedTechs, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. The Heart & Qualifications We're Looking For Required:

Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida. A genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life. Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills. A commitment to professional integrity, accountability, teamwork, and resident safety. The ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and contribute positively to a collaborative team.

Preferred:

Previous nursing experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or a similar senior care setting. Experience with electronic health records; Yardi experience is a plus. Experience providing clinical guidance, mentoring associates, or supporting team leadership.
