Role:

Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate homecare for children with low acuity needs, including G-tube management, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and working collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Key Duties:

Administer treatments, maintain electronic documentation via tablets, support patient comfort, and adhere to safety and health protocols.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days) Current CPR certification (training assistance available) TB skin test within last 12 months Reliable transportation Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
