Position Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical care while serving as a central point of contact in the BLU member experience. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a preventive, wellness-focused environment and enjoys both clinical care and member interaction. You will support physician visits, administer IV therapy, perform phlebotomy, and guide members through their longevity journey—ensuring each interaction is seamless, personalized, and executed with a high standard of service. This is a fully on-site role requiring strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to BLU's elevated service standards. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & IV Therapy Administer IV therapy, injections, and other clinical treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols Perform venipuncture and blood draws with precision and member comfort as a priority Monitor members during treatments and respond appropriately to any changes or concerns Prepare and maintain IV therapy rooms, supplies, and equipment Educate members on IV therapy protocols, benefits, and expectations Ensure all clinical care is delivered safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards Longevity Medicine Support Support physicians and clinical team during longevity medicine visits and executive-style physicals Collect vitals, review histories, and facilitate efficient intake processes Reinforce care plans and follow-up instructions with members Coordinate lab work, diagnostics, and follow-up care Testing & Member Experience Support Support testing day operations, including preparation and flow for: VO₂ Max Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Advanced Blood Biomarkers Balance, Grip Strength, and Mobility Lunar iDXA Ensure members feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit Maintain readiness of clinical and testing spaces to meet BLU standards Member Experience & Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for members, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and attentive experience Greet members with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their visit Anticipate member needs and proactively address them Guide members through services, appointments, and next steps with clarity and confidence Coordinate scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and communication with accuracy and efficiency Act as a bridge between members, physicians, and wellness specialists to ensure seamless coordination Ensure every touchpoint—from scheduling to follow-up—feels organized, personalized, and effortless Documentation & Coordination Accurately document all treatments, observations, and member interactions in EMR systems Maintain organized and compliant medical records Communicate effectively with physicians, health coaches, and team members to ensure continuity of care Utilize EMR systems and scheduling platforms to support efficient operations BLU® Service Standards The LPN must consistently demonstrate: Warm, professional, and attentive member interaction Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy Proactive communication and anticipation of member needs Calm, confident presence in a clinical setting Commitment to confidentiality and discretion At BLU by ThriveWell™, every interaction is an opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience—not just clinical care.
