Role:

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Educate patients and families on health management and care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric or home health nursing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Basic life support (BLS) certification required. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Willingness to travel to patients' homes within the designated service area.
