Job Summary:

Must Require Multistate License. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting. This full-time contract position requires flexibility to work 32-40 hours per week, including every other weekend and occasional floating to nearby clinic locations. Key Responsibilities Administer vaccinations, injections, and TB skin tests following clinical guidelines. Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical history. Assist providers with patient care and respond to emergency situations as needed. Perform patient registration, intake, discharge, and appointment scheduling. Educate patients on immunizations and preventive healthcare. Document patient information accurately in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), preferably Epic. Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly clinical environment. Support patient outreach, reminder calls, and overall clinic operations. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license. Must Require Multistate License. Current BLS Certification . Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room . Experience administering immunizations and injections. Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred). Strong patient communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to obtain vital signs and provide quality patient care.

Pay:

$36.00
