Best Home Health Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for one of our patients in Spring Hill, FL .Pay is negotiable. Schedule 3 days per week: Monday Wednesday Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Main Responsibilities The patient's primary nursing needs include: G-Tube management and care Tracheostomy care NO ventilator care required Medication administration as ordered Monitoring the patient's condition and safety Basic LPN nursing duties Assistance with activities of daily living as needed Following the patient's Plan of Care Completing required nursing documentation Communicating with the family and nursing supervisor regarding changes in condition Requirements Valid Florida LPN license Experience with G-Tube and tracheostomy care preferred Dependable and punctual Compassionate and professional Comfortable providing one-on-one care in the patient's home If you are an LPN looking for a consistent 3-day schedule with 12-hour shifts , we would love to hear from you!
