  • Night (7p-7a) Job Summary Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at the Gardens
  • Tallahassee, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Tallahassee, Florida.
As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to our residents and patients, while advancing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Job Responsibilities As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will: Provide direct patient care to residents and patients under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done What We Offer Competitive pay rate: $32
