Qualifications CPR Certification LPN Full Job Description Role Overview:
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to medically fragile pediatric patients in a family-like environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress. Offer emotional support and education to families and caregivers while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver treatments, document patient changes, and contribute to a positive care experience. Support children's well-being through personalized care and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active PA LPN license, CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation), and a clear criminal background check. Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
