What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policies. Complete resident assessments under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Accurately document medications, treatments, assessments, observations, and resident care before the end of each shift. Maintain and update individualized resident care plans. Collaborate with caregivers, medication aides, physicians, and department leaders to deliver exceptional resident-centered care. Communicate professionally with residents, families, physicians, and fellow team members. Assist in mentoring and supporting caregivers and other nursing staff as needed. Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Current CPR certification. High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred (senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is a plus). Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional resident care. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted, and assisting residents with transfers using proper equipment.
