Job Description
Home Heart Florida is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for pediatric private-duty home care. You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to medically fragile children in their own homes — helping kids thrive and supporting their families. What you'll do: Deliver skilled nursing care: assessments, medication administration, and care plans Support children who may need trach/vent, G-tube, suctioning, or seizure monitoring Document accurately and communicate with the care team and family What we're looking for: Active Florida RN or LPN license Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus — we'll train the right nurse Reliable, dependable, and great with families Current CPR; able to pass background and license checks
