Part-Time (2 days) 8a-5p; 9a-6p Are you an RN or LPN looking for meaningful one-on-one patient care? NorthBay Home Health is seeking dedicated, compassionate nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care in a supportive home environment. What You'll Do Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting Follow established care plans and monitor patient progress Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes Requirements Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted) Pediatric experience preferred Skills with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus Check ACHA As required by House Bill 531 (2025), the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse has launched a new Education and Awareness website.
