$30.00•45.00 per Hour | Weekly Pay | Sign-On Bonus | Flexible Scheduling Abundant Life Home Health Agency is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing home health team providing one-on-one pediatric and adult nursing care in the home setting. We offer a variety of shifts, patient acuity levels, and locations throughout Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Polk Counties. Whether you are an experienced home health nurse or a new graduate looking to build your skills, we will help find the perfect case for you. Position Summary The RN/LPN provides skilled nursing care in the patient's home according to physician orders and the individualized Plan of Care. Nurses assess patient status, provide education to patients and caregivers, monitor clinical progress, perform skilled nursing interventions, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes. This position includes opportunities to work with pediatric and adult patients requiring specialized care including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, enteral feeding, seizure management, neurological care, and chronic disease management. Nursing Responsibilities Skilled nursing assessments Medication administration and management G-Tube care and enteral feeding Tracheostomy care Ventilator management and monitoring BiPAP monitoring and support Seizure monitoring and intervention Patient and caregiver education Documentation using electronic charting systems Care plan implementation and updates Physician communication and coordination of care Infection prevention and control Emergency preparedness and response Compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and agency regulations QualificationsRequired Current Florida RN or LPN License Current CPR Certification Reliable transportation Ability to work independently in a home setting Strong communication and assessment skills Preferred Pediatric nursing experience Home health experience Private Duty Nursing (PDN) experience Ventilator experience Tracheostomy experience G-Tube experience Skilled nursing experience New Graduates Welcome Training opportunities are available for motivated nurses interested in pediatric and adult home care.
