Please send your resume and required documents to Support@loveandloveablecare.com Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Proven experience working in various healthcare environments such as medical-surgical units, emergency rooms, ICU/critical care units, or long-term care facilities. Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation and record keeping. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and medication administration protocols. Experience with specialized patient populations including geriatrics, dementia or Alzheimer's disease care, pediatric or neonatal patients is highly desirable. Ability to perform clinical procedures such as venipuncture (phlebotomy), tube feeding management, sterile processing techniques, and ventilator support if applicable. Excellent communication skills for effective caregiver communication and client education. Critical thinking skills combined with the ability to assess patient conditions rapidly in urgent or emergent situations like triage or acute pain episodes.
