Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories. Administer medications, and other treatments following established protocols, safety standards and plan of care. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system to document patient care. Wound/ostomy care, Peg tube feeding and care Support airway management, and sterile techniques while maintaining HIPAA compliance and medical documentation integrity. Experience Proven experience working in as a home health nurse preferred Hands-on experience with EMR systems for accurate documentation.
