Southern Health Partners is launching a new correctional healthcare program in Cook County, Georgia , and we're looking for a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who wants a predictable every-other-weekend schedule while continuing to provide meaningful patient care. You'll work as part of a dedicated healthcare team, providing quality nursing care in a structured and secure correctional healthcare environment. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to patients Administer medications and treatments as ordered Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Respond to urgent and emergent healthcare needs Communicate with medical providers and the healthcare team regarding patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote continuity of care throughout the facility Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and standards Provide professional and compassionate care in a safe and secure environment What You'll Bring Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Dependability and sound clinical judgment Commitment to providing quality, patient-focused care Correctional healthcare experience is welcome, but not required Be Part of Something New This isn't a position where you'll be walking into someone else's routine.
