Responsibilities Provide one-on-one nursing care according to the patient's plan of care. Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition. Administer medications and prescribed treatments. Provide assigned skilled nursing care, which may include G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and seizure care, according to the patient's care plan, your scope of practice, and verified competencies. Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Requirements Active, unrestricted Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current CPR certification. Ability to meet required background and health screening requirements. Pediatric or home health experience preferred. Required clinical skills vary by assignment.
