We believe that team members are our greatest resource and are looking for people who share our commitment to provide quality care for seniors and their families. Our LPN positions are staff positions that have direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistants. Candidates will be expected to maintain a safe, clean work environment by complying with all policies, procedures, & regulations of the facility and state. This position is responsible for providing direct, hands-on resident care, including but not limited to: med passes, treatments, ADLs, documentation & charting and supervising/providing leadership to CNAs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse nursing care patients/residents while remaining patient and calm. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding.
