LPN:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
What You Bring:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible) A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Reliability and a commitment to excellence Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
