Job Description

We are looking for an LPN who assists the Executive Director to join our team. HomeLife on Glynco, located in Brunswick, GA is a senior living community offering personal care and memory care services. This individual will assist the Executive Director with the day to day operations to ensure the Community complies with the policies and procedures set forth by the company, as well as those required by regulatory agencies. Provides direct managerial support to a variety of departments including Resident Care Services. Ensures quality care and excellent communication with residents, guests and staff. Demonstrates effective management/leadership skills. Assumes active role in business development and public relations.
Responsibilities:
Main areas of focus and oversight include care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance and staff management. A focus on customer service, resident and family relations is critical.
Additional responsibilities include:
Ensures quality resident care is consistently delivered Meets with families as requested Schedules, trains, directs and supervises resident care staff Monitors third-party clinical providers working at the community Will be required to work flexible hours and provide on-call support for the community Develops and maintains a positive image with local community. May attend social events and participate in presentations about HomeLife on Glynco Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families and co-workers
Qualifications:
Associate's/Bachelor's degree Possession of a valid Georgia LPN license which is in good standing Knowledge of current nursing practices with strong interpersonal and leadership skills Two years clinical and supervisory experience in long term care, community based care or personal care Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, to be flexible, to work well with many interruptions and have skill in multi-tasking Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen Solid organizational, communication and leadership skills and abilities Ability to pass a criminal background check If you meet these requirements, please send your resume for consideration.
