SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

Deliver direct nursing care 1:1 to medically fragile students in schools
Monitor and implement individualized care according to physician instructions
Address medical concerns and respond to emergencies within the school environment
Provide support during student transportation each school day if needed for case
Monday-Friday school schedule

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Active Georgia LPN/LVN license

CPR & BLS

certification

Minimum 1 year LPN pediatric experience
Prefer experience working with medically fragile children
