Job Title:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress Assist with daily living activities as needed Communicate patient status and changes to the RN and care team Support care planning and implementation under RN supervision Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records

Requirements:

Active LPN license in the relevant state Current BLS certification Prior clinical experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
