Job Description
Job Overview Legacy Reveal Wellness is seeking a compassionate, professional, and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing wellness clinic team. This position involves assisting with IV hydration therapy, wellness injections, weight management programs, patient education, and general clinical support in a fast-paced wellness environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, has excellent customer service skills, and is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Responsibilities Assist with IV hydration and vitamin infusion services Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by provider orders Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and assessments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinic cleanliness Educate clients regarding wellness services and treatment plans Monitor clients during treatments and report concerns appropriately Assist with inventory management and supply organization Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support weight management and wellness programs Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment Qualifications Active Georgia LPN license in good standing Current BLS certification Strong IV skills preferred but willing to train the right candidate Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience in wellness, aesthetics, family practice, urgent care, or infusion therapy preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications IV insertion experience Knowledge of vitamin therapy and wellness services Experience with electronic medical records Sales or customer service experience Schedule Part-Time Flexible hours Some Saturdays required Opportunity for additional hours as clinic grows About Us Legacy Reveal Wellness is a faith-centered wellness clinic dedicated to helping clients feel their best through IV hydration, vitamin therapy, weight management, wellness injections, and personalized health support.
