Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, effective communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and transactions using hotel management software. Manage phone systems efficiently, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel or resort environments. Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance guest interactions. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus, along with knowledge of basic office equipment.
