Donalsonville, Ga We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to conduct supervisory nursing visits every 60 days for a variety of clients receiving in-home care. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible, part-time, PRN nursing work with a focus on client safety, quality of care, and compliance. Responsibilities 10-hour workdays Monday through Friday. Conduct supervisory visits with clients approximately every 60 days. Assess client needs and monitor the quality of care being provided. Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and the care team. Complete accurate nursing documentation and visit reports. Identify changes in client condition and communicate concerns appropriately. Promote safe, compassionate, and client-centered care. Qualifications Current, Active LPN License in the state of Georgia. At least one year of home health, home care, private duty, or supervisory nursing experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes. Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care. Why Join Us?
