The Role One Patient One Nurse Real Impact We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one on one care for a pediatric patient in the home setting. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, clinical consistency, and building strong relationships with families while delivering high quality care in the home. Primary Clinical Focus Pediatric private duty nursing with an emphasis on G Tube feedings and ongoing medical monitoring. Key Responsibilities One on one skilled nursing care in the patient's home G Tube feedings, medication administration, and site care Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition Medication administration and treatments Accurate and timely documentation Family education and caregiver support
