Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Cornerstone Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for an adult male client with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in a home care setting in Gibson, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships with their patients while providing skilled care in a low patient-to-nurse ratio environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in the home setting Monitor and document patient condition and changes Administer medications and treatments as ordered Assist with activities of daily living as needed Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team Follow established care plans and physician orders

Qualifications:

Active Georgia LPN license in good standing Current CPR certification Home care, neurological, spinal cord injury, or TBI experience preferred Strong assessment and communication skills Reliable transportation and dependability required
