Director of Practical Nursing Program Southern Crescent Technical College | Griffin, GA (Multiple Campus Locations) | Full-Time Southern Crescent Technical College is hiring a Director of Practical Nursing Program to lead the academic and administrative operations of its Practical Nursing program across multiple campuses. This role combines instructional leadership with program management, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution Active, unencumbered RN license 3-5 years of RN experience Higher education teaching experience within the last 7 years Supervisory experience in education or industry

Preferred Qualifications:

DNP, PhD, EdD, or MSN in Nursing Education Prior experience as a program coordinator, director, dean, or department chair SACSCOC accreditation and GBON guideline experience Familiarity with Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) policies

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee instructional and administrative operations of the Practical Nursing program Evaluate faculty and staff performance Manage program budget, supplies, and accreditation documentation Develop curriculum, policy, and educational plans across campuses Represent the program at advisory meetings and serve as departmental liaison
