Category Schools - LPN Nurse Job Type Contract Embark on a fulfilling contract assignment providing one-on-one care to a kindergarten student within a supportive school environment. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and safety of a young student who requires specialized medical support throughout the school day.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school setting Previous clinical care involving central lines and G-tubes Comfort with 1:1 care, providing dedicated attention and monitoring Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Current CPR certification (pediatric CPR preferred) Adaptable and reliable, with a patient and compassionate demeanor

Essential Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care for a kindergarten student with medical needs, including monitoring a central line and G-tube management Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all protocols Respond promptly to any health situations or symptoms Maintain accurate documentation of all care provided and any notable changes Communicate regularly with classroom staff and parents regarding the student's health and needs Work daily on campus (no bus riding required), Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm
