Companion Care of Georgia is an independently owned home care company serving Jenkins, Screven, Bulloch, Effingham Candler, Emanual, Evans, Montgomery, Tattnall. Toombs and surrounding areas. We currently have an opening for a PRN LPN to perform client supervisory visits for our growing private home care agency.

Qualifications:

Will hold a current license to practice professional nursing (LPN) in GA. Will have a minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, one (1) of which has been in a supervisory or administrative role in working with the elderly population.

Responsibilities:

Complete in-home supervision of aide services every 62 days Review and update the clients individualized plan of care Complete required documentation accurately and timely Coordinate with the care team to ensure quality of care As needed, medication set up and management

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
