What You'll Do Our LPNs play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, high-quality patient care. Depending on your department, responsibilities may include: Providing direct patient care and supporting nursing assessments Monitoring patient conditions and reporting significant changes Assisting with medications and treatments within the scope of practice Implementing and evaluating patient care Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members Providing support and education to patients and families Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records Supporting patient safety and quality care standards Managing supplies, equipment, and patient care resources Promoting teamwork and efficient department operations What We're Looking For Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program BLS certification required ACLS may be required or preferred depending on department Department-specific experience may be required or preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Knowledge of basic nursing principles and patient care Basic computer/EMR proficiency Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care New Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply!
