Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Deliver individual medical support to a student per their care plan Accompany the student on bus rides, ensuring a safe transition to and from school Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals as needed Remain adaptable while the specific care details are finalized Maintain detailed documentation of care provided This position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, all in-person with school holidays and breaks off.
