We are looking for a nurse who combines strong clinical skills with effective leadership and who can support our residents, communicate with their families, and lead our Care Team in maintaining high standards of care. Responsibilities Provide nursing support and oversight for residents Conduct resident assessments and assist with developing and updating individualized care plans Monitor changes in residents' health conditions and take appropriate action Review medications, physician orders, and medical documentation Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers Supervise, support, and provide guidance to Care Team members, including caregivers and Med Techs Coordinate daily Care Team operations and help maintain appropriate resident care coverage Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to Care Team staff Monitor staff performance and ensure assigned care duties are completed appropriately Promote effective communication, teamwork, and professional standards within the Care Team Address resident and family questions or concerns related to care services Maintain accurate resident health records and required documentation Assist with maintaining compliance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Respond appropriately to resident health concerns and emergency situations Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment Experience Current and valid Georgia LPN or RN license Experience in senior living, assisted living, personal care home, long-term care, or home health preferred Supervisory, charge nurse, or Care Team leadership experience preferred Strong leadership, clinical assessment, documentation, organizational, and communication skills Ability to effectively supervise and support caregivers and Med Techs Ability to communicate professionally with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive care and work effectively with residents and families from diverse backgrounds Familiarity with Korean culture, customs, and senior-care expectations is preferred Korean language proficiency is a plus due to the communication needs and preferences of some of our residents and families; however, it is not required Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively across cultural and language differences Compassionate, dependable, organized, and team-oriented Position
