Position Overview Origins Spine and Joint Physicians is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our growing, multi-location, interventional pain management practice. Candidates will be expected to split their time between our Watkinsville and Gainesville locations. This role is responsible for assisting providers with patient care, preparing patients for procedures, monitoring patients postoperatively, supporting the overall flow of the clinic, and ensuring a high standard of patient experience throughout the visit. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities ⁠ Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history updates, and medication reconciliation ⁠Prepare patients for procedures and assist with positioning and sterile preparation ⁠Provide patient education regarding treatments, procedures, and post-procedure care ⁠Monitor patients following procedures and report concerns to the provider Ensure the patient is stable at discharge Administer medications at the direction of the provider ⁠⁠Assist providers during in-office procedures as needed ⁠ Assist with procedure room turnover and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment ⁠Ensure exam and procedure rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies ⁠Document patient information and clinical notes within the EMR system ⁠ Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic ⁠Uphold clinic policies and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Qualifications ⁠ Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia ⁠1+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills ⁠Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment ⁠Proficiency with EMR systems preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive team-oriented environment Opportunity to work in a growing multi-location medical practice Meaningful work helping patients improve their quality of life

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
