IV Nurse (RN/LPN) — Part-Time or Full-Time | Wellness Clinic Forge RX — Winder, GA Forge RX is expanding our IV therapy and wellness program and is looking for an experienced, dependable nurse with consistent weekly availability to join our medical team. This is not a PRN-only position . We are looking for someone interested in becoming a regular part of the program, helping us expand appointment availability, accommodate walk-in opportunities, and provide an excellent client experience. Responsibilities Start and administer IVs within applicable scope, orders, and clinical protocols Provide IV therapy and other authorized wellness services Perform appropriate client intake and clinical documentation Monitor clients during services Maintain proper infection-control and safety procedures Assist with IV supplies and inventory Communicate professionally with clients and the medical team Support both scheduled appointments and walk-in availability Help us build a reliable, consistent IV therapy program What We're Looking For Current Georgia RN or LPN license , as applicable to assigned duties IV experience strongly preferred Confident with venipuncture and IV starts Consistent part-time or full-time availability Dependable and comfortable working independently within established protocols Friendly, professional, and client-focused Organized and comfortable with clinical documentation Interest in wellness, recovery, and preventative-health services BLS/CPR certification preferred or required based on assigned duties Schedule Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
