Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in home settings. Male client (16yrs old) with epilepsy, developmental delay, and cortical vision impairment. He is non ambulatory, incontinent, and nonverbal. He requires assist with all ADL's. He has a G-Tube for feedings and medications. Client has been awarded 24 hours/week skilled nursing and 40 hours/week of personal care support services. Skilled nurse schedule is Wed to Fri;11am to 4pm. 1 or 2 Saturdays in a month.
