As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, mentoring account executives, expanding market presence, and collaborating with other departments to align on business objectives. This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering visibility at the senior leadership level and an opportunity to shape long-term success. Position Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. Set KPIs and track performance to ensure consistent execution and accountability. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to foster a culture of excellence and achievement. Support career development through mentorship and performance reviews. Recruit and onboard top talent to build a high-performance sales organization. Customer & Market Engagement Build and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and trust. Ensure a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals. Provide input into product development and customer service strategies based on market feedback. Reporting & Forecasting Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to senior leadership. Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness and relevance. Prerequisites 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing teams Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Sales Executive (CSE) Strategic Sales Management Certification Leadership or Management certifications What the Role Offers Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Executive visibility and the opportunity to help shape company direction Supportive and collaborative leadership culture Opportunity to lead sales transformation and build a high-impact team Why Woodstock?
