Varried Job Overview Sante Allie is hiring an experienced LPN for a 13-week assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting . The LPN will provide comprehensive nursing care including assessments, treatments, medication administration, admissions and discharges, wound care, and other patient-care responsibilities. Mandatory Requirements to Apply Minimum 2 years of LPN experience. Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required. Strong experience with medication administration and patient assessments. Experience with treatments, wound care, and documentation. Comfortable working variable shifts based on census and facility needs. Experience with Meditech EMR preferred. Ability to provide safe, compassionate care to long-term care residents. Roles & Responsibilities Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications and provide prescribed treatments. Notify MD/NP of pertinent changes and clinical information. Handle admissions, discharges, and required clinical documentation. Provide and assist with ADLs and routine resident care. Provide gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulized treatment, wound VAC, and CPAP care. Perform other nursing duties as assigned according to facility needs.
