Job Description

Job Description:
Long Term Care facility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties. Shift
  • 8 hour shifts
  • Varied
  • including weekends, holidays. Candidate Must Be Flexible
  • No guarantee of hours or shift preference.
Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
Pay:
Up to $50.00 per hour
Experience:
Long term care: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
LPN HI License (Required) BLS Certification (Required)
