Minimum of one (1) year of recent long-term care (LTC) experience required.

Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Ability to meet all facility and Nextaff compliance requirements.

Background CheckMust successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with state and facility requirements.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Drug screening, health screening, TB testing, and immunization records may be required based on facility policies.

Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient transfers throughout the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
