Monday-Friday position, 8:30am-4:30pm, does NOT include every other weekend; however, is responsible to be part of the rotating on-call weekend every 5th weekend.

Summary:

Overall responsibility for all departments with in the Assisted Living (supervising 3-4 individuals), ensuring compliance with applicable policies, laws, and rules relating to care provided to the tenants and administration of the program. The Director/Manager has the overall responsibility of maintaining control and directing all program financial concerns in conjunction with the facility Administrator. Implements and engages in the infection control at the nursing home as the Infection Control Preventionist.

•Employer paid program training- Assisted Living Certification, CDC Infection Control Certification and on-going continuing education.
