Now offering weekend package! Work three 12 hour shifts per week, and get paid for 40! We are looking for full time, part time, and PRN nurses to fill shifts for a 24/7 client in Hiawatha. This is a very unique opportunity. The family lives in a nice neighborhood and it is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The home is completely equipped to make care for this person very manageable, including an elevator for safe passage in the event of inclement weather. The client enjoys attending concerts, athletic events, social events, the local golf course, etc., and the nurse on duty goes with them. The client does pay for the nurse's ticket. The spouse is readily available most of the time and the extended family is very involved and caring.

Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing Current license to practice in the state of Iowa CPR certification Current driver's license and reliable transportation Advantages of providing one-on-one care: Allows you the experience of caring for one patient in a home setting. One patient versus the stress of an entire floor of patients. Charting for one patient only. Become skilled in providing education and training to families. Work closely with the patient's family, physicians, and other care team members to develop and maintain a plan of care. Nurse Case Manager and Scheduler are available 24/7.
