We support individuals aged 15-30 who are unable to live at home due to complex medical needs, helping them thrive in a safe and caring setting.

- ChildServe Available Schedule/Benefits Full-Time Days
- 3 shifts per week, 6am-6:30pm, every 3rd weekend Full-Time Nights
- 3 shifts per week, 6pm-6:30 am, every 3rd weekend Part-Time Nights
- 2 shifts per week, 6pm-6:30 am, every 3rd weekend Benefit eligible including medical, dental, vision plans, retirement with company match and generous PTO accrual including front-loaded PTO How You'll Make an Impact Within the nursing scope of practice, physician's orders, and the care plan, make decisions and deliver a full range of nursing care based on the fundamentals of the nursing process.
Maintain accurate, completed, and timely records as defined by nursing standards of practice and ChildServe policies and procedures. Communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with residents, physicians, families, school personnel, ChildServe staff, and others to assure assigned child's care needs are assessed, communicated, and met. Provide training to patients, families, and staff as needed to help advance the skills and knowledge of all people associated with a child's care delivery. Demonstrate good stewardship of ChildServe equipment, supplies, and environment. What You'll Need Current valid license as a RN or LPN in Iowa. Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the clinic areas, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
