Job Description Dental Specialists & Implant Clinic of Iowa is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a part of our team! This position is an integral part of our patient care team and overall patient experience. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, an upbeat personality, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. One or more years of LPN experience is preferred.

Job Type:

Full-time Essential Responsibilities Actively attend to each patient's individual needs and concerns within the scope of the LPN's license and applicable regulations. Prepare patients for procedures and assist the doctor and clinical team in providing efficient, high-quality oral surgery and implant treatment. Review and document patients' health histories and medical records. Assist with patient assessment, monitoring, and clinical care within the LPN's scope of practice. Provide patients with clear instructions and education related to their care as directed by the clinical team. Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation. Follow established infection control, safety, and clinical protocols. Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and professional standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and Dental Board policies and practices. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, a positive and outgoing personality, and the ability to work collaboratively as a true team member. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. 1+ year of experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
