Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate findings to physicians. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans. Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections) and update charts. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Qualifications Active RN/LPN License (required) Prior experience preferred.
